The Bill "On Amendments to the Law of Ukraine "On State Budget pf Ukraine 2009" (re the Increase of the Expenses of the Citizens Treatment Abroad) was registered under №5237 and upheld by 389 People´s Deputies.
The Bill suggests increase of the Budget assignation approximately in UAH 22 million. The defrayal source id defined an increase of the state budget entrance charge income, due to the fact the for last 11 months of the current year the annual plan was overfulfilled in UAH 90,3 million.
The Law is directed to the President of Ukraine for the signing.
In the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine of the VI Convocation work, V. Lytvyn, the Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine as a subject of the Legislative Initiative elaborated and introduced for the Parliamentary scrutiny 49 legislative acts bills (17 bills of he law and 32 resolution drafts). 14 legislative acts bills were upheld by the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 13 of them came into force, and one bill is directed for the signing by the President of Ukraine. 30 bills were directed for the scrutiny of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine.
